Between 4:00 am on 2/11/2019 until 6:00 am UTC on 2/11/2019 (02/10/19 8:00PM - 10:00PM PDT), the AT&T carrier partner will be performing maintenance on SMS Messaging.

Customer Impact: During the maintenance window, there may be periods of latency for both inbound and outbound SMS, from/towards AT&T USA end users. Any affected SMS will be queued for delivery throughout the maintenance and delivered as soon as possible once the maintenance is complete.

Investigating - Our SMS provider has informed us that due to an emergency maintenance with their local operator in the US, users may experience delays in delivery of outbound/Inbound SMS to AT&T USA

Customer Impact: AT&T users may experience delays on outbound and inbound SMS via Toll Free Numbers and shortcodes. Other SMS carriers are not impacted.

The carriers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution.
