On January 19, 2019 at approximately 22:25 EST our primary data center provider experienced unexpected issues with their core networking equipment. These issues caused network and availability issues for customers using our east coast data center. The issues were resolved by approximately 22:33 EST. Systems are currently operating normally and we are continuing to monitor the situation.
