Scheduled
On April 25, 2019 01:30 - 08:30 UTC, we will be undergoing maintenance at our US-West datacenters. At that time, all customer IdP appliances will be redirected to our US-East datacenter. The US-West datacenter will be completely unavailable.
The services provided by these datacenters include SMS, TTS, push notifications, certificate services and others. The maintenance should take approximately 6 hours. When completed, all customers will be rebalanced across both datacenters.
No customer impact is anticipated.
As previously notified, it is critical that all SecureAuth datacenter IP addresses be whitelisted to ensure continuity of service and high availability to the SecureAuth cloud datacenters. Below is the list of all IP addresses that need to be accessible by SecureAuth IdP appliance(s) over TCP ports 80 and 443. These IP addresses are used for communications between the SecureAuth IdP Appliance(s) and the SecureAuth Cloud Service Endpoints. If your environment includes software firewall(s), physical firewall(s), and / or proxies, please verify that outbound rules are configured to accommodate the IPs listed below. 34.212.120.216 34.215.233.46 35.170.216.14 35.172.189.69 35.172.253.27 52.39.105.166 52.43.188.66 52.70.56.97 146.88.110.112 146.88.110.114 162.216.42.110 162.216.42.111 208.74.31.114 208.82.207.89
