Due to intermittent reliability issues with SMS and TTS delivery, we are failing over to our alternate provider. No customer impact is expected.

This incident affected: Telephony Service (SecureAuth US East Datacenter, SecureAuth US West Datacenter) and SMS Service (SecureAuth US East Datacenter, SecureAuth US West Datacenter).
