On Sunday 12/09/2018, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our cloud systems. During the maintenance, we will be redirecting all traffic bound for our US-East datacenter to our US-West datacenter for a period of three hours from 06:00 to 9:00 UTC (12/08/2018 10:00PM - 1:00AM PDT). Customers not using our geo-load balanced URLs may experience a 5-15 minute period of intermittent service.
The services provided by these datacenters include SMS, TTS, push notifications, certificate services and others.
The maintenance should take approximately 3 hours. When completed, all customers will be rebalanced across both datacenters.
No customer impact is anticipated.
As previously notified, it is critical that all SecureAuth datacenter IP addresses be whitelisted to ensure continuity of service and high availability to the SecureAuth cloud datacenters.
Below is the list of all IP addresses that need to be accessible by SecureAuth IdP appliance(s) over TCP ports 80 and 443. These IP addresses are used for communications between the SecureAuth IdP Appliance(s) and the SecureAuth Cloud Service Endpoints.
If your environment includes software firewall(s), physical firewall(s), and / or proxies, please verify that outbound rules are configured to accommodate the IPs listed below.
