There will be an unscheduled maintenance from 00:00 to 00:20 UTC tonight to address database performance issues in our US1 East Coast data center. This maintenance may result in a small window during which the mobile authentication app (SecureAuth Authenticate) may fail to connect. This window is not expected to exceed 10 minutes. If users encounter issues with the mobile application, consider using SMS authentication code delivery as a temporary workaround.
