Our SMS and Telephony monitoring detected a period of intermittent issues communicating with our Service provider's SMS and Voice APIs. Our service provider reported some of their endpoints were not responding or functioning as expected.
This issue was resolved at 8:22am Pacific Daylight time. All services have been restored per the Service provider and our monitoring has validated all services are operational.
