Thursday, June 27, 2019, between 9:00 PM CDT and 5:00 AM CDT (Friday, June 28, 2019, between 2:00 AM GMT – 10:00 AM GMT
During these times we will be redirecting traffic to other data centers in our cloud. This should be transparent for most customers.
Customers who have configured their systems to use the us1-cloud.secureauth.com and / or us1-trx.secureauth.com endpoints may experience a few brief periods of sub-optimal routing, increased latency, and momentary packet loss due to routing re-convergence. While we do not anticipate any extended loss of connectivity, several periods of packet loss could occur.
