The SecureAuth SMS providers have informed us a series of scheduled maintenance events for Sprint, AT&T and small regional US based carriers. These maintenance activities are being done by the mobile carriers, therefore there is no way for SecureAuth to mitigate the potential impact of these maintenance activities.
AT&T will be performing maintenance on its SMS platform • Between 22-Jun-2020 04:00 UTC and 22-Jun-2020 11:00 UTC • Between 23-Jun-2020 04:00 UTC and 23-Jun-2020 11:00 UTC • Between 24-Jun-2020 04:00 UTC and 24-Jun-2020 11:00 UTC • Between 25-Jun-2020 04:00 UTC and 25-Jun-2020 11:00 UTC • Between 26-Jun-2020 04:00 UTC and 26-Jun-2020 11:00 UTC • Between 29-Jun-2020 04:00 UTC and 29-Jun-2020 11:00 UTC User Impact: During the time while maintenance is ongoing AT&T End users may observe delays in SMS delivery and therefore SMS may not be a viable means of second factor for these users.
Sprint will be performing maintenance on its SMS platform • Between 24-Jun-2020 06:00 UTC and 24-Jun-2020 12:00 UTC User Impact: No User impact expected
Small regional providers will be performing maintenance on their SMS platforms • Between 25-Jun-2020 05:00 UTC and 25-Jun-2020 09:30 UTC User Impact: During the time while maintenance is ongoing end users of the impacted carriers will observe delays in SMS delivery and therefore SMS may not be a viable means of second factor for these users.
